We offer reliable shipping services across Pakistan.

Standard Shipping:
Delivery within 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Pakistan.

  • 🚀 Express Shipping is available at an additional cost. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and package weight.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

  • If there is any delay, our team will notify you promptly.


4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking details.

If you do not receive tracking information, please contact our support team.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery multiple times.

  • If no one is available to receive the package, a notification will be left.

  • Our team may contact you to reschedule delivery.

Please ensure your contact details and shipping address are accurate to avoid delays.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, Shayan Studios ships only within Pakistan.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Delivery to P.O. Box addresses is not available. Please provide a complete physical address.


7. Order Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify your order:

  • Contact us as soon as possible.

  • Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations will not be possible.
